This Privacy Policy explains how Morrigan Labs S.r.l. ("we", "us") collects and processes personal data when you use this website or contact us. We are the data controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you submit the contact form we collect the information you provide: first and last name, company, email address, project type, budget, deadline, and your message. Our hosting provider also processes technical data such as your IP address and browser user-agent for security and abuse prevention.
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a potential project. The form submission is delivered to us by email. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
Processing is based on your consent (given when you tick the consent box and submit the form) and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and securing our website against abuse.
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
We rely on third-party processors to operate this site and deliver messages — notably our website host (Cloudflare) and our transactional email provider. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data-processing terms.
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. A single browser localStorage value is
used to remember your light/dark theme preference; it stays on your device and is not sent to us.
